Coming to Dakar, the Capital of Senegal, the first time for the Africa Technical preparatory meeting is an experience worth sharing. On arrival at the airport on the dawn the 20th day of September 2008, I felt challenged because of the fact that I had to remember all the French lessons I had in primary school.

Well i had to give my brief synopsis on the "democracy in Dakar" i got the dvd i met the creator a very humble dude who i linked with via the internet a couple of years ago. Its always good to meet people especially if they share the same vision as you.
