Coming to Dakar, the Capital of Senegal, the first time for the Africa Technical preparatory meeting is an experience worth sharing. On arrival at the airport on the dawn the 20th day of September 2008, I felt challenged because of the fact that I had to remember all the French lessons I had in primary school.

Meeting Highlight - Pornography is now the number one form of sexual exploitation in Africa. The Africa Technical Preparatory Meeting for the World Congress III against Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents opened today in Dakar, Senegal, with participants working with and for children of Africa set to discuss and find the appropriate mechanisms to identify, document and share effective inter-sectoral approaches to prevent and respond to sexual abuse of children in Africa.
