Help!

I know my rights! But they keep telling me “You don’t have rights” .Sorry, I have to say HI before all. But I am so concerned about my rights even if I am at my home (womb). I don’t know what to say, but my mom even doesn’t give me respects (I mean that she doesn’t take care of me). But she has to. Should I have to be a young or fitted person to enforce you for my rights? The CRC (child rights convention) doesn’t include us! Why? Children (from birth to the age of 18) don’t know about their rights well but you give an emphasis to them and some what respect. I am begging you, please at least my mom, Do not smoke. Do not drink alcohols. Do not do a hard works.
